In the Talent & Organization Internship, you will play an integral part in supporting talent management & development as well as learning strategic priorities for Siemens US. We are looking for people who are interested in talent and learning-related topics to drive local and global projects. Key Projects Learning Assist with research and development support for strategic learning and talent related projects, including PowerPoint presentations. Support awareness and adoption of assessments (e.g. DiSC, Hogan, Strengthscope) within the various businesses. Support expanding learning within our factories. Support the transition to a skills-based approach to development. Work on special projects related to changes in the business requirements. Data Analytics & Reporting Analyze talent and learning metrics to generate actionable insights Help transform talent and learning data into compelling narratives that drive decision-making Talent Management & Development Contribute to the enhancement of our Talent Playbook Help drive adoption of internal career development tools and resources Support the implementation of activities aligned with Executive Orders related to talent development and learning initiatives Internship Start Date: September 2025 Location: Orlando, FL Required Qualifications: Education: Current students pursuing an Industrial/Organizational graduate degree (or equivalent) from an accredited college or university.
