This position coordinates the design and development of instructor-led and computer-based training materials, aligning with the Program's strategic goals and revision schedule. The team member in this position must use strong research, writing, and editing skills to design and develop interactive training. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are required to make independent decisions, evaluate and analyze information, and sequence information, ensuring logical content flow. The team member must effectively manage multiple assignments simultaneously, meet deadlines, adjust priorities as needed, communicate assignment statuses, and work with minimal supervision. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Experience condensing large amounts of complex information into simple and clear instructions. Experience designing and developing instructor-led and computer-based training. Advanced experience with Microsoft PowerPoint. PREFERENCES: A degree or certification in Instructional Design, Education, or a similar field. SPECIAL NOTES: This position is not telework eligible.
