The Senior Personnel Analyst provides analytical and administrative support for processing senior leadership assignments coming into MARCENT. This position ensures new personnel are properly integrated into the command, with assignment documentation and planning aligned to mission needs. The analyst coordinates assignment requirements with leadership, analyzes manpower to validate staffing levels, and advises on integration processes, career progression, and compliance with personnel policies. By combining HR expertise with operational awareness, the role ensures effective integration of inbound staff into MARCENT's mission. ***THIS EMPLOYMENT IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD*** Responsibilities/Duties: - Oversee inbound assignment processing for senior personnel, ensuring proper documentation and readiness. - Coordinate assignment requirements with leadership, ensuring operational integration of incoming staff. - Analyze manpower requirements to validate appropriate staffing levels. - Provide advisory guidance on integration processes, career progression, and policy compliance for inbound staff. Supplemental Duties: - Assist leadership in developing integration plans for senior inbound staff. - Support preparation of personnel readiness reports tied to inbound assignments. - Provide customer service to inbound personnel regarding MARCENT policies and onboarding procedures. Administrative Duties: - Maintain compliance with MARCENT administrative procedures and reporting requirements. - Ensure inbound assignment documentation is archived in accordance with records management policies. Supervisory Responsibilities: None. Education/Experience/Qualification: - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. - 7-10 years of experience as a Personnel Specialist or similar HR specialties. - Familiarity with USMC assignment systems and personnel policies. - Strong communication and coordination skills. - Proven record supporting personnel assignment processing and management. - Secret clearance required. Additional Skills: - Proficiency in HRIS systems and USMC personnel databases. - Analytical skills to assess manpower requirements and staffing levels. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting. - Ability to provide policy guidance and advisory support to leadership. Location: Primary workplace is MARCENT Headquarters, MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa, Florida. Work Environment: Office environment within a joint military/civilian/contractor staff. Position requires coordination across HR, administrative offices, and leadership. Physical Demands: Primarily sedentary work involving extensive computer use and handling of personnel documentation. Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Monday-Friday, 0800-1600. License and Other Requirements: Valid U.S. Driver's License. Eligibility for issuance of a Common Access Card.
