The Senior Personnel Analyst ensures the proper transition and management of senior personnel assignments as individuals depart MARCENT. This position provides oversight and compliance for exit processes, ensuring the command maintains accurate manning documentation. The analyst manages outbound documentation, coordinates with gaining commands, and analyzes manpower impacts to support leadership decision-making. By combining HR expertise with attention to organizational continuity, the role ensures smooth personnel transitions while sustaining MARCENT's operational readiness. ***THIS EMPLOYMENT IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD*** Responsibilities/Duties: - Manage outbound processing for senior personnel, ensuring correct documentation and compliance. - Track assignment completions and liaise with gaining commands to coordinate transitions. - Provide analyses and recommendations regarding manpower effects from senior personnel departures. - Maintain updated manpower records and staffing reports. Supplemental Duties: - Assist in preparing briefings for leadership regarding impacts of outbound personnel. - Support coordination of out-processing checklists and compliance reviews. - Provide advisory support to personnel on policies and procedures for departure. Administrative Duties: - Ensure compliance with MARCENT administrative procedures and timelines. - Archive outbound assignment documentation in accordance with records management policies. Supervisory Responsibilities: None. Education/Experience/Qualification: - High school diploma - 7-10 years in HR or assignment management. - Strong organizational skills for tracking and monitoring transitions. - Familiarity with USMC manpower databases. - Background in managing departure processing or senior-level transitions. - Secret clearance required. Additional Skills: - Ability to analyze manpower trends and assess staffing impacts. - Proficiency with HRIS systems and personnel assignment databases. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting. - Strong communication and liaison skills for coordinating with leadership and external commands. Location: Primary workplace is MARCENT Headquarters, MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa, Florida. Work Environment: Office environment within a joint military/civilian/contractor staff. Requires coordination across HR, administrative offices, and gaining commands. Physical Demands: Primarily sedentary work involving extensive computer use and handling of personnel documentation. Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Monday-Friday, 0800-1600. License and Other Requirements: Valid U.S. Driver's License. Eligibility for issuance of a Common Access Card.
