Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in human resources, administration or related fields. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Must have a valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record and ability to operate a motor vehicle. Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of human resources information system experience. Certified human resources professional (SHRM-CP or PHR). Prior experience with UKG. Prior experience in public accounting or another professional services organization. Summary of Responsibilities: As the HR Coordinator this role will support the Firm's core HR functions, across the employee lifecycle, including: Communicating with employees, preparing reports, and updating employee folders. Support the department with day-to-day activities including file maintenance, updates to database, tracking and distribution of firm-wide spreadsheets and other human resources needs. Assist with the end-to-end coordination of requisitions from intake through offer (in partnership with Recruiters and Hiring Managers). Respond to inquiries by providing accurate information based upon knowledge of the appropriate Firm policy language and intent and knowledge and compliance of the appropriate state and federal laws. Assist in collecting and verifying new-hire details; schedule orientation and first-day logistics. Maintain and update the human resources information system (HRIS) to ensure accurate information and the ability to compile reports from the database. Provide support to ensure interviewers complete feedback promptly; track and escalate when feedback is missing. Aid the human resources team with the development and execution of goals and processes while making recommendations to improve efficiency and employee experience.
