Recruits qualified physicians for employment. Assists in developing strategic physician recruitment plans for the institution. Manages ad placement for specific needs. Keeps internet listings current and maintains membership in appropriate physician recruitment organizations. Organizes and conducts visits for potential candidates. Attends recruitment fairs as needed. Conducts phone interviews and checks references of prospective candidates. Collaborates with other departments to meet physician and office staff onboarding needs. Maintains strict confidentiality of patient and customer information. Other duties as assigned.
